Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t get a good workout unless you use equipment. If you don’t believe me, do a few of the workouts in this PDF and lets revisit that thought!
TRAINERS – print this off…bookmark it…add it to your favorites…add it to your tool box. This is another great “thing” to offer to your traveling clients. Or useful when don’t want to use equipment during your session or class. OR you are just beginning to coach others and don’t have equipment for your class (yet or never) which is okay! What an exciting place to be in…I’m excited to help you!
ATHLETES – print this off…bookmark it…add it to your favorites…put it in your suitcase. Don’t let a sh*tty hotel gym or NO hotel gym stop you from exercising. You are better than that which is why I made this PDF for you…the ones that want to exercise and move, no matter what life throws at them! I see you…crushing it!

I’m pretty sure that after I got my first tattoo, my parents thought I was going to turn into that little image above. I didn’t…shocker! Even better, my mom now has a tattoo….on her wrist! My dad on the other hand…he might ride a Harley, but no tattoos. I on the other hand do have three tattoos that are perfect and mean so much to me.
My first tattoo is in memory of my first dog, Duke. I lost Duke to bloat in November of 2013 while away on a trip in Costa Rica. Duke was my WORLD. We did everything together. So on his birthday in 2014 I got his tags tattooed on my side.
My arrows are my survivor tattoo. The number, shape or style don’t have any symbolism…I found the picture on pinterest. I took it in for him (same artist that did my Duke tat), to put it small some where, maybe my wrist…I don’t know it was up to him. He made it large and put it on my bicep…and I fell in love with it. I got it shortly after my doctor put me in remission.
My third tattoo is the state of Texas on my foot about the size of a quarter (top right in picture). Three of my girlfriends and myself were out one night and I had the itch for a new tattoo (I think they did too) so long story short I told them we were going out tomorrow afternoon for “tacos and tattoos” and we did! We had tacos at Torchy’s and then went and got tattoos…it was perfect!
