Add as much flare as you want …use it as a guide…add your personal touch…change things, its up to you. Not a coach? No problem! This program can be extremely helpful for you no matter what fitness level you are. Even better…the only equipment you technically need is a kettlebell maybe a mat. Don’t have one of those? To the right are two places I like to order equipment from. I would pick a middle of the road one if you are only going to get one. One that isn’t too heavy or too light. Can you do single arm strict press with it? Can you hold it to squat (goblet squat)? Just little testers to make sure you have the right kettlebell!
