As most of you know, I’m an avid twitter user (@Kpierce 512 and @LivingAmped). Since joining twitter, I follow my bank, @Wellsfargo and LOVE it! They do such a great job with social media! They engage with their followers and always have great conversation topics…hence my awesome experience. They tweeted something and I responded with something regarding my desires to travel more. This engaged a few of my other followers leading to a short, fun conversation. Shortly after that, I received a twitter message from @WellsFargo asking for my address to send me a gift. Being my bank, I gave it to them. On July 4th weekend I received a large envelope from them with a $50 visa gift card and a nice letter thanking me!! HOW AWESOME IS THAT! I used the gift card to purchase solar string party lights for my deck!! Which will be perfect when I have a party!
Wells Fargo, I apologize for the delayed post/response, but I ordered them (the lights) and then ordered another strand (total 3 strands), and they didn’t get hung till last Thursday when the last strand came in. I wanted to post a picture with it 100% done! THANK YOU so much for my gift card, improving my deck, engaging with me on twitter, AND for being the best bank EVER! THANK YOU!
