Team workout:
100 jump squats
100 American swings
100 Push press
100 lunges (each step counts as a rep)
100 situps
100 burpees
**1 partner is running 50m down & 50m back while the other partner is chipping away at the rep scheme above. Once partner finishes the run, then the partners switch and pick up where the partner left off on the rep scheme. The rep scheme is a running total between the 2 partners. Once all movements are completed, end with 100 second high plank then 100 second low plank.
