While I’m more of a chocolate milk shake fan but since I like to celebrate all the things I found a paleo friendly (dairy, egg, nightshade, nut, & shellfish free) vanilla bean chia milkshake recipe from Primal Palate, so we can celebrate the day and maintain mindful nutrition. Ingredients

Process: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Notes

You can substitute 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract for the vanilla bean. For a sugar-free option you can substitute 5-6 drops liquid stevia.
