We all have days where we feel there is not enough time in the day to eat nutritiously. I found a quick smoothie that is packed with antioxidants and tastes great. It’s the perfect grab and go drink, especially as the weather gets warmer.

Blueberry Acai Smoothie -serves 2

1 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup acai juice
3/4 cup ice
