Ingredients:
- 1 Large Butternut Squash
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic
Directions:
- Microwave squash for 3 minutes to soften.
- Cut off the ends of the squash and chop in half.
- Continue to cut the squash into bite-sized pieces. Discard the seeds.
- Spread chopped squash evenly on baking sheet.
- Lightly coat with olive oil, balsamic, and your favorite seasoning.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
