BaseCamp Day 9Day 9..check! This day wasn’t bad! One of athletes asked me what I was doing because I was looking lean….YES!! My main goal of doing this was to make my system efficient, BUT a leaning out doesn’t hurt! Pumped for the next 14 days!

Supplements: OmegaPlex, Clear Mood, Catalyst, Joint Mob, Coffechino (no spark today, WHAT??)

Breakfast: Brisket + avocado + Coffee

Snack: Kombucha + Justin Almond Butter Packet

Lunch/Snack: (between 3 and 8pm) Orange Bell Pepper + Pro Shake with La Croix + Kind Bar

Dinner: Brisket + Japanese Purple Potato (interesting) + Banana Ice cream

Activity: Coach Winchester

Water: I still suck.
