Living Amped is excited to introduce the “Living Amped Athlete of  the Month.” Starting in March,  Living Amped will recognize one current Living Amped athlete a month. This award will include:

  • A “Fun Fact” about them posted on the LivingAmped.com (and other social media platforms) everyday
  • A donation made to the charity of their choice
  • A Workout dedicated to them (release/posted) on the 14th of the month
  • A Living Amped WOD Deck of Cards

What do you miss most about being a kid?

The simplicity.  I grew up in a farm town in Wisconsin.  We would run around all day with almost no supervision… it was all ok as long as we got our chores done and came home for dinner.  Everyone knew everyone… and took care of each other.
