Team workout:
100 jump squats
100 American swings
100 Push press
100 lunges (each step counts as a rep)
100 situps
100 burpees

**1 partner is running 50m down & 50m back while the other partner is chipping away at the rep scheme above. Once partner finishes the run, then the partners switch and pick up where the partner left off on the rep scheme. The rep scheme is a running total between the 2 partners. Once all movements are completed, end with 100 second high plank then 100 second low plank.

If you know me, I constantly have “Operation G.R.O.S” (Get Rid Of S%$t) in effect. There is always bag…right now it is a pile by the back door…of stuff that needs to go to Goodwill. I have TOO much stuff…no matter what I say! With that said, articles/post that talk about “minimalist” catch my attention. Therefore when Dru posted THIS article on Facebook I HAD to read it…and I’m glad I did (you will be too, its about a 4min read) (I also learned about  Medium…thanks to my good lookin’, and ever so nerdy boyfriend). In this article, this lady gave a way 1 thing per day for 30 days…humm yes please! So I decided to participate for the month of July. Below are my 2 things…1 for July 1st and 1 for July 2nd. The lamps were bought as a pair and therefore count as 1 item. Why I have a blood pressure cuff thingy, I’m not sure…too much stuff!
