Day 9..check! This day wasn’t bad! One of athletes asked me what I was doing because I was looking lean….YES!! My main goal of doing this was to make my system efficient, BUT a leaning out doesn’t hurt! Pumped for the next 14 days!
Back on the fiber for 3 more days then it is on to MNS! I have no regret doing this challenge, none. I didn’t miss the little social drinking I do on the weekends. I still went to the parties, I just stayed strong. When people asked me why I wasn’t drinking, I told them and they actually complimented me and said how awesome it was! Now that is a community worth living for!
Daily Positive: I coached some awesome people and had a great workout myself, and I got a nap in
Well I made it through the weekend and all the parties. Wasn’t to bad…wasn’t 100% easy, but having my accountability partner and a strong community was VERY helpful!
Food Log:
Supplements: Omega Plex, Clear Mood, Catalyst
Breakfast: 2 Eggs + 2 pieces of Bacon + coffee (cream and honey) + 5 pepperoni slices (starving!)
Snack: Tea
Lunch: Central Market = Cobb Salad (BEST THING EVER!)
Diner: Super Bowl Food = I was about 70/30. The downfall was some chips as well as a few pita chips and there was some yogurt on a fruit salad. That was about it! I was excited and surprised!
Movement: Coach said it was REST day 🙂
1 Good Thing: I had a random group at my Super Bowl Party and it was ALOT of fun!
It is currently Day 6 and yes I’m not as cool as the daily blogger Rabah Rahil. HOWEVER I have been true to my challenge. The “check list” that comes with the Herbal Cleanse has been a HUGE help! It stays on my cutting board so I know when to take X and when to take Y. I also think having the product on the counter where I see it daily (versus putting in the a cabinet/pantry…hate stuff on the counters) has been a great help as well.
I’m on Day 6 of no chocolate/sweets (HUGE DEAL) and no alcohol (minor). Today is Saturday and at 4pm the 1st round of parties start and they don’t stop till after Super Bowl tomorrow. Having an accountability partner ALSO do the challenge has been a HUGE help!
I took on a BaseCamp WOD on my deck last night…it was awesome!
I have noticed that I am sleeping better and I’m able to move more efficiently during the WODs. I’m sore but recovery comes fast. Thoughts are clearer and I can be more efficient in my daily activities (something I wanted to get out of this). Its hard to believe its only day 6 and I’m already feeling like this…Looking forward to the next 18!
