50 Movements To Use Tabata On
Like I said earlier…I’m pretty sure my athletes cringe when I say “tabata”…and I’m okay with that. I LOVE to use Tabata…it is perfect for little connectors (as discussed in the link) or just a way for your athletes to earn “bonus”. For those that don’t know “tabata” is four minutes of twenty seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest for eight rounds totally four minutes. I use it for ALL my athletes no matter what skill level they are. To the right are 50 different movements I like to use tabata with. Give them a try with your next client(s)…just watch out, tabata might turn into a 4 letter word!
