Where do I start….so much goodness in this weeks menu. I’m not just saying that because I’m the cook, LOL
Favorite: don’t have one because they are all pretty darn good…
Changes:
Meal 1 – I made the mix and put it over sweet potato versus in it because of packaging to y’all…that presentation would look bad
Meal 2 – OMG I put this over spinach and added ground turkey to it. (I poured the whole thing in a wok and it was yummy)
Meal 3 – I coated the chicken (thighs) in coconut flour and turmeric and then drizzled honey on it and baked them.
Meal 5 – I used regular rice 🙂
