Here is what my athletes are eating this week!
Meal 1 | Egg Scramble |

Meal 5 | No Flour – Spinach Zucchini Ravioli |
Meal 6 | Spinach + GF Noodles + Brocc + GB |
Meal 1: This is a simple egg scramble with lots of veggies and of course, bacon 🙂
Meal 2: These were fun to make! I envision you taking the slice of bacon that is used to hold the sandwich together and adding it to the sandwich for MORE BACON!
Meal 3: These were super fun to make and oh so colorful! There is salsa (and other spices) mixed in with the turkey meat but there is no harm if you want to add more.
Meal 4: This was interesting…who doesn’t like pizza? LOL! There was some extra of these and I’m looking forward to having one this afternoon. Be careful because some have a bone in them (its large and removable, but just for warning).
Meal 5: Warning, there are toothpicks in these! Because the “noodles” are not cooked all the way the don’t bend so I had to secure them with toothpicks. When you reheat up the mix the sauce will help cook/steam the zucchini to make it soft. If I would have fully cooked the meal it would have been overdone when you tried to reheat it!
Meal 6: I had to go into my reserve for this one. I originally had planned this awesome gumbo in honor of crawfish season coming up. I did everything it asked and Thursday I came home to crockpot full of burnt mess. Needless to say yall didn’t get that one. Like all my meals I went back to what I knew and to keep it simple. You got a Pro, Fat & Carb and a green (technically a carb I know).
