My Thoughts:
Meal 1: This one is by request or for those that need breakfast. Its eggs, bacon, spinach and veggies…and its awesome!
Meal 2: The greens (broccoli or asparagus) you get were what I call “flash cooked”. Meaning I didn’t fully cook them so when you heat up the foods they will get fully cooked. For those entering this info in, all the chicken thighs were different, BUT you got 1.5c broccoli or 12 asparagus spears.
Meal 3: This one is my FAVORITE! I served it with sweet potatoes (girls got 5oz and boys got 7oz of sweet taters), even the burnt sun-dried tomatoes were yummy!
Meal 4: I made this one like a kit 🙂 Your chicken and slaw are mixed. Girls got 3oz and men got 5-6ish oz protein. Everyone got 6oz cole slaw mix, 1oz red cabbage, 1oz red bell pepper and 1/8c green onion, and 1oz almonds. There is also 1oz of the (BOMB) dressing.
Meal 5: This one is super yum and makes me test my grilling skills…and ability to wrap stuff in foil to grill. These were marinated overnight then grilled Thursday night (at like midnight). I used a different sauce that BBQ sauce, something at Trader Joes I have been wanting to use. Packets had 3-4oz of chicken, 4oz/122g of zucchini slices, 2oz of peppers with salt and pepper to taste.
Meal 6: Confession, I made this because I like the name…but they are pretty bitchin 🙂 I made it as it sounds. You got (an overflowing) 1/4 c of cherry tomatoes and 1oz of salsa and about 1ish oz of plantain chips, 1oz of quac
