This week, my clients menu includes:

Meal 1 Egg Scramble
Meal 2 Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad
Meal 3 Chelo Kebabs
Meal 4 Super Hero Bowl
Meal 5 Slow-Cooked Spicy Shredded Beef Tacos
Meal 6 Sketti Squash w/ Ground Beef or Turkey + Red Sauce

My FAVORITE of this week is Meal 2: Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad

*SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS* For Meal 3, remove the kebabs & lemon from container and microwave the cauliflower rice for 2ish mins (microwave depending) then pull the kababs (38-40g each pre cooked) off the skewers and enjoy!

The sauce in Meal 5 is NOT what is listed in the recipe (that was is a little too spicy), I used the creamy avocado spice from Meal 4 the Super Hero Bowl….so it can be used for both 🙂
