What is included in the Operations silo?
Welcome Packet
A welcome packet for you to share with your clientele that informs them of your services and how to get involved with you and your program.
Liability Forms, Waivers, and Policies
These are forms and waivers were created for liability purposes and to help you maintain that clear communication with your clientele about your policies and procedures. There are a few policies included for the one-off items such as a pet and or kid policies.
Client Progress
Several forms that can be used to track your clienteles’ progress which in turn gives you data to use for marketing purposes. This includes forms such as body compositions, benchmarks, goal setting, etc.
Action Items
These are simple lists of reminders that could take place when an action happens. Such as onboarding a new client, offboarding a client, drop-ins, client intake forms, etc.
