We are hosting a 5 Fitness Community workout and Family Health Day on Saturday July 27th from 9:00-11:00am. Enjoy a FREE, fun, and effective workout with the faces of 5 Fitness, along with local businesses and vendors from the health industry including My Fit Foods, Core Therapy & Pilates, Kunik Orthodontics, Ron Byrd Family Practice, Ideal Protein, Airrosti Rehab Centers, Body Wrap Austin, Liv By Design Events, and Ultra Sound Antioxidant/Vitamin Screening! There will be fun, kid-friendly games and a chance to win prizes for the entire family, so bring them out! Bring a friend who signs up and receive $25 off a 5 Fitness service.
