On the Thursday of the CrossFit Games, the athletes took on Amanda .45. Since the program I’m “following” is doing .com workouts today this workout popped up (hello!). The program/class that I attend (the most) is not focused on getting muscle ups, so we worked on progressions of both the muscle up and snatch movements (i even did banded movements, it was great).  
What was even better is when I went to coach/train my in home clients/athlete/victims I modified the workout again to meet their abilities and environment and it was just as good! See below what I did. On the left is the RX version of the workout, on the right is the in home/kettlebell version of the workout! Enjoy!
