For checking out Living Amped’s meal prepping services! Our goal is to make healthy meals for you so you can focus other things while remaining on track with a nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

We offer thee options: 5 or 10, 15 meals per week
(most popular is 10 meals).

We have two different menus: Regular & Competitors (names subject to change).

Regular Menu is a changing menu of healthy, home cooked meals.

Competitors Menu is a set menu based on the three meals below. Meals are a little heavier, but kept simple for easy logging and macro counting.

Meal 1

6oz Ground Turkey

7oz Sweet Potato

1 cup Broccoli

Meal 2

6oz Ground Beef

1 cup quinoa

1 cup Brussel Sprouts

Meal 3

6 oz Chicken

1 cup Rice

Bed of Spinach

We also offer an add on item called a Hulk Cake…you can read more about that by clicking HERE.

How It Works: 

WEDNESDAY
By midnight, please let us know if you want meals for the following week.

THURSDAY
By noon, have a soft sided ice chest on my desk. If you don’t have one I can pick one up for you for a one time fee. We also offer a container credit.

MONDAY
Pick up your bag of meals on my desk as early as 6:30am and pay invoice.

All meals are clean and as close to paleo, gluten and dairy free as possible by our Chef,
