Meet Marilyn Kounnas! This BUSY BEE and I have been training together since March 4th, 2007! She recently buckled down and started food logging, watching what she ate, as well as added 1 yoga class and 2 walking sessions per week in addition to our weekly weight training. Doing this she was able to drop 8lb and 8inches OVER THE HOLIDAYS (12.10.10-1.25.11)! Nice work Marilyn, I cannot wait to see you FLY past your goals!
