Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 lb grass fed ground beef
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 2 tbsp homemade italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Combine all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and using your hands, mix well ensuring an even distribution of ingredients
- Preheat a large saute pan over medium heat or a skillet
- Form your meat into patties to your size liking and then cook accordingly in your skillet
- Serve with some scrambled eggs, or some paleo pancakes 🙂
