This past Tuesday and for the next few Tuesday’s our 1pm Coaches Training will be held at Barton Springs….YES!!
This is excellent not only because it is SUPER hot in Austin, Texas now, BUT it gets us practicing a skill we don’t get to practice that often, swimming…plus did I mention it is FUN and we get a tan! This past Tuesday we met on top of the hill on the grassy side with our kettlebells after a quick warm up, we went into:
