Here is how I took the 2017 Team Series hosted by CrossFit to my in home clients. Movements were changed based on abilities and environment.

I coach some awesome people. I have been with Frank and Susan for over 5 years now. I go to their house once a week and they let me torture/train them. One of my favorite things to program, next to themed workouts is I like to take workouts/WODs that you would see in The CrossFit Open or Team Series and bring it to my in home clients. Since CrossFit just finished with the Team Series, I modified 2 of the workouts for Frank and Susan. On the left is what CrossFit programmed and on the right is my modification.

For time: 120 double-unders, each, relay 120 chest-to-bar pull-ups, total, sets of 15 120 hang power snatches, total, sets of 15 120 double-unders, each, relay

Men use 95-lb. barbell

Cap: 15 minutes

Tiebreak: None

Event 2

For Time:
120 Line Hops (each 1 finishes all then next person goes)
120 AKBS (each 60 no more than 15 reps at a time)
120 HPS (each 60 no more than 15 reps at a time)
120 Line Hops (each 1 finishes all then next person goes)

Cap: 15 minutes
